This silane is an amino-functional oligosiloxane. Acts as adhesion promoter. It provides multi amino functionality for improved adhesion especially under wet conditions. Has lower sealant viscosity to improve sealant application rate, lower sealant residual surface tack compared to typical amino silanes, reduced VOCs of the final formulation, reduced hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) emissions, reduced yellowing with outdoor exposure, improved elasticity and lower modulus of the cured sealant. It can improve the performance of moisture curable hybrid sealants, room temperature vulcanization (RTV) silicones, polyurethane sealants and adhesives.
